The export declaration should be submitted on customs form 0733 - copies No. 1-3 of the standard form. The accompanying instruction sheet explains how to complete this form. For the registering party entry "RET-EXP - 30400" is of particular importance regarding the return of copy No. 3 in field 44 of the standard form. This copy serves as proof that the export declaration has been properly executed.¹
